WHO WE ARE
Incorporated in 2018.
Diversified Integrity Resources grew out of its founder's secondment to Suncor, where the founder developed an Oily Water Sewer (OWS) program from the ground up as part of an asset integrity and improvement project. This experience revealed a gap in specialized OWS inspection and support services, leading to the establishment of Diversified Integrity Resources.

DIR coordinates and aligns certified contractors to perform non-ATEX inspections across municipal, commercial and industrial environments. DIR performs ATEX inspections directly, including Class I Division 2 (ATEX) environments. Our role is to support engineering teams and industry professionals by identifying defects, documenting asset conditions, and monitoring the execution of remedial recommendations.
We do not provide engineering design or professional opinions requiring licensure; instead, we supply accurate, reliable data and field support to assist the Engineer of Record in making informed decisions.
By leveraging innovative technologies and modern inspection methods, we focus on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to each client's needs. Whenever feasible, we advocate for minimally invasive techniques, such as in-line repairs, to help reduce costs and avoid disruptive construction methods like full excavation and asset replacement.
